GEN ART IS NOW SEEKING EMERGING FASHION DESIGNERS!

Gen Art is looking for talented fashion, swimwear, and accessory designers who are based in Florida or Georgia to participate in their 4th Annual Fresh Faces in Fashion to be held on March 31st poolside on the bay at the cool and fresh, Flamingo South Beach. This is great opportunity to participate in a hip, high-profile runway show which will be attended by press, buyers, celebrities and fashion industry professionals, all at no cost to the designer.

In order to be eligible to participate in Gen Art's Fresh Faces in Fashion event, applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Designer is currently based in Florida or Georgia

- Designer currently has a full collection to show (at least 10 looks)

- Designer's label is less than 7 years old

- Designer is currently selling garments/accessories in at least one store

- Professional Bio and/or Press Kit (include your e-mail, phone number and address).

- jpg. images showing at least 6 different looks (must be actual clothes or accessories, no sketches accepted).

The submission deadline is Friday, February 16, 2007.

Designers will be chosen by a Host Committee made up of talented industry professionals. Past host committee judges for Gen Art shows include Cynthia Rowley, Diane Von Furstenberg, Polly Mellen, Todd Oldham, Kate Spade, and Betsey Johnson, and top modeling agencies including Ford Models, IMG Models, Irene Marie and Next Model Management.
